Meditation for Self-Care & Self-Compassion

In this small group meditation, Dr Aman Kwatra, gently, compassionately and safely guides participants in creating a sustainable meditation practice for strengthening mental wellbeing, cultivating genuine self-care, and embracing self-compassion.

No previous experience of meditation required. Suitable for all levels of meditation practitioners and for complete beginners. The meditation is held in a small group setting (up to 8 participants) to ensure that personalized attention and guidance is provided to all participants.

Dr Kwatra facilitates this meditation session in the morning, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please note, however, that pre-booking is essential.
